Description
The Central Semiconductor CMNDM7001 (N-Channel) and
complementary CMNDM8001 (P-Channel) are single 20V,
100mA MOSFETs in the miniature, low profile SOT-953
surface mount package. They present the ideal solution for
design engineers seeking energy efficient MOSFETs in a
very small package.
