The CMBT3904E(NPN) & CMBT3906E(PNP) and CET3904E(NPN) and CET3906E(PNP) are
Low VCE(SAT) transistors designed for applications where energy efficiency, ultra small size, and reasonable power dissipation are prime requirements. The CMBT3904E and CMBT3906E are packaged in the FEMTOmini™ SOT-923 case, while the CET3904E and CET3906E are packaged in the TLP™ 883L case. These devices provide performance characteristics suitable for the most demanding size constrained applications.

The CTLS5064-M532 and CTLS5164R-M532 are tiny SCR devices designed for applications with tight space considerations. These devices are ideal for digital camera flash, smoke detectors, industrial control drivers, motor drivers, and thyristor gate drivers. The TLM532 case is essentially the same size as the SOT-23 and recommended as a replacement for new designs.
