Multi Discrete Modules consist of two or more basic building block (BBB) discrete semiconductors packaged in a space saving PICOmini™ SOT-563 surface mount package. The combination of these devices in a single package effectively replace the need for individual discretes an therefore substantially reduce the board space utilized.
